The Board of Trustees of the Starkville-Oktibbeha County Public Library System will sell and dispose of at public sale for cash personal property belonging to the Library, which has been declared surplus property and will no longer be used by the Library. The property consists of:

Items can be viewed by calling the administrative offices at 662.323.2766. The sale will be by sealed bid only and the deadline to place a bid will be Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the Starkville Public Library, 326 University Drive, Starkville, MS 39759. Notice of this sale has been posted in library branches and online. Items may be viewed during regular library hours. All sales will be for cash to be paid at the time of the sale. Persons wishing to submit written bids for any surplus property may submit those bids to the Library Director prior to the sale.
Written bids will be opened on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 5:00 pm and the winning bidder will be contacted by phone and/or email (as referenced as preference in the bid). All items must be paid for and removed by 4 p.m., Friday, September 3, 2021.
